Barbell Babes Brigade is such a special place. I walked through their doors almost two years ago with little experience strength training, and still working through rehab for a long-term injury. The team here supported me through so much, made training accessible, and over two years we have gone from not being able to squat to a bench, to squatting on a competition platform. Our community is so welcoming, and I call this gym my home. BBB changes lives, and I couldn't recommend this beautiful place more

I started training at BBB over 5 years ago, initially starting to create a routine and get away from a toxic environment at home. Never saw it as a long term thing, yet here we are and I wouldn’t change a thing. I can't begin to describe how barbell babes has changed my life. I've found strength , a refuge to call home, a community of inspiring women. The education and expierence of the coaches shines through, and they will truley care It's worth every single cent and more.! Come join the chaos :)

The most welcoming and supportive gym for all different bodies. The team are so great at individualising programs. Coming back from surgery I felt very supported and confident in building up my strength again with my coach’s incredible expertise.
