I was in town for only a few days and in need of a gym that offered a day pass. The owner Jesusa was completely professional and accommodating even before the gym had a staff member present, she was able to help me over the phone and set me up for my workout. This gym is a power lifters dream TSS and titan racks for bench and squats plus plenty of platforms for deadlifts. Plenty of dumbbells and equipment for accessory workouts too. This gym is hands down the best in Modesto!

Been a member for almost 2 years now and safe to say, this is the best powerlifting gym in Modesto. They have all the equipment you’ll ever need, from stiff bars, IPF approved bars, to even deadlift bars. Several rogue kilo plates, Dumbbells varying from 5lbs to over 125+lbs I believe. Several high quality cable machines, and body building machines for your accessory lifts as well. Great gym for strength training, powerlifting, and fitness. Outstanding hospitality from staff and fellow members. Great environment for new lifters and experienced competitors. Top of the line equipment. Competition level racks, benches, weight plates, and barbells. Dumbbells, weight machines, and cardio machines are excellent. Two bathrooms. A bar that sells protein shakes & preworkout drinks. Everything you would want in a gym and more.

Best gym in the area by far. Super cool people and staff plus the best equipment around. Wouldn’t want to go anywhere else. Don’t even bother trying any other gyms out. Just come here!
