Old school gym for serious workouts and weight lifting. This isn't the place to go if you want to take up space playing with your phone. Go to Planet Fitness for that.
Great facility with all of the equipment needed for a great workout. The staff is very helpful, knowledgeable, and experienced. Personal training is available.
If you prefer old school and don't care about clean equipment... this is your place. There are often few people training during the week and you can make more progress than in gyms that are full with people who are just sitting on the equipment doing nothing with their cell phone in hand.
