Tried to get a hold of someone in service department multiple times with no avail. Lady who answers the main phone number is rude and no help whatsoever. Terrible customer service. I would take your business elsewhere.

Looking for D-rings, the receptionist directed me to a gentleman who worked in that department. He wouldn't speak directly to me, and told the receptionist the "I don't think we carry any." Not professional, and didn't carry what I needed. 1st & last time for everything.
