thankfully, this is a company that you can trust and is honest, I appreciate the information that I received over the phone and did not need to spend an exorbitant amount of money to fix it.
My husband left a message over the weekend about our dryer. Steve called us 8am Minday morning. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and kind. Although he does not service the brand we have I would definitely recommend him .
Owner was very helpful with my questions and very happy with his response and the time he spent with me about my washer problem.
Steve arrived within 20 minutes of my phone call to look at my Maytag electric dryer. It turned out that the belt did not break but popped off. Steve was able to repair it and be on his way in 30 minutes. He gave me suggestions on how to preserve the life of our dryer. Thank you.
