Recent purchase of a Napoleon Rogue, went very smoothly. Delivery was faster than expected and assembly and on site install was 100%. Great product and great service. Highly recommend.
I have always loved Barbecues Galore in Burlington Ontario. We have bought total of 3 Napoleon gas grills , for ourselves and family, as well as a smoker and a basic Weber charcoal grill. We have always gone back to Barbecues Galore for charcoal etc. But unfortunately I will not be back. As I looked to replace my charcoal Weber, I asked for the assembly charge on a new Napoleon Pro 22” to be waived. The manager, Andy, denied my request.
