Ended up using John and his team for my wedding back in Sept of 2024 at R&W Farm. Tons of food options, both BBQ and alternatives via Frankie T [vegan/gluten free options, etc] when originally planning. When the day came, nothing but smooth sailing and delicious food! A lot of compliments from guests! 10/10 would recommend!
We hired BBQ Specialists of the Hudson Valley for our ‘70s decade reunion three years ago and had to reschedule twice due to Covid. They stayed with us and were always very professional and responded quickly any time we reached out to them. The day of the event they showed up on time, set up quickly and were ready to go when people arrived. Their food and service were exceptional.
