Ordered a weber performer burner and igniter assembly, was shipped and received in 7days (ca to pa) via usps. Exact part I needed with easy installation instructions, plus new screws needed were provided for the install. Great online company, easy to order, delay in shipping due to usps. Placed an order for parts on June 30th. Received a confirmation soon after that the order had a back ordered part, and that the order would be shipped by the end of July. When nothing came, I sent an e-mail. And another. And another. No response. I called. Funny thing, but no matter what day or time I called there was nothing. That's right- nothing. The phone, after the number was dialed, had nothing but dead air. No sound. This happened day after day, morning and afternoon. I will try to find some other place to order parts... read more

Prompt and courteous with order of a replacement for my original igniter for my Weber Genesis grill. When that unit failed within 3 uses over the next month they wouldn't offer a replacement other than at full price.
I was more than pleased with my order. When I called to ask questions after placing my order, I was greeted with politeness and professionalism. I was also very happy with the payment options and the fact that the company accepted a check or money order via U.S. mail as payment. I received my order within a week after mailing in my payment and was extremely happy to receive it so quickly. The grill burners I ordered were perfect, I installed them easily and they work great! Thank you.
The Web site Grill- Parts .com is operated by Barbecue Renew. I ordered cast iron grill grates 19" x 24-3/4 " two piece set. The grates actual measurement is 18 -3/4 " . I was able to get my refund for the grates. The shipping is NOT part if the return policy even if the part description is incorrect.? The $ 21.27 was the cost to me for ordering from this company.

****, We do refund shipping charges when it is our mistake and we ship the wrong items. Measurements are a very critical part of the descriptions for many of the repair parts we sell. The grates ordered (XXXXX) are 19" as described online however in our error we shipped grates (XXXXX) which are 18-3/4" When we are contacted by a customer and it is determined that we have shipped in error we offer two solutions.
