I have an outdoor single burner that needs the aluminum tube that carries the gas from the supply to the burner replaced. Service call on 5/12/2020, Said they would order the part and return. On 6/15 I called, they said parts were delayed. on 7/7 I called, said parts were delayed and they would advise. On 7/30 I called, they said part was supposed to be delivered on 7/19 but they hadn't received it. I asked them if they had followed up? Nope. Did they notify their customer, (me) Nope! AVOID. They are rude, dishonest, & overpriced… with zero concept of customer service!! I requested service on a BBQ that wasn’t working properly, and they told me they could come out, clean it, and diagnose the problem. They charge almost $300 to clean the grill, the issue was never fixed, and a new issue developed. They came out a 2nd time, and broke tiles on the island in the process of removing the grill to find the problem. When finally got the estimate for the repair, I asked for a break on the labor, since this whole b... read more
