Location is comfortable and inviting. Her staff is friendly and skilled at what they do. Dr Dowling takes the time that is needed to understand your concerns and respects your wishes on treatments available. She likes to use natural remedies before Rx'd and follows up to check on you. She makes calls to you herself and responds to calls and emails accordingly. I love that she is apart of my families care team. I strongly recommend her as a physician.

I came to Dr Louis because I was rapidly losing weight without cause or effort. I went from 160 to about 140 over a few months with no changes to diet or exercise at the time of my visit. He wouldn’t investigate further because my new weight was healthier for my BMI. I kept telling him “something is wrong!” He dismissed me. I cried in the car. Dr. Dowling is THE best doctor ever. I've never had a doctor be so attentive and caring. I feel like she really listen to my concerns and tries to find the root of my issue. I 100% recommend Dr. Dowling!

Dr Jones has an excellent bedside manner, is knowledgeable, caring, patient, and listens well to her patients. As a retired RN, I have worked alongside many MD’s and I have never encountered a better physician! She is absolutely at the top of my list!

I have been a patient of Dr. Valero for many years, but the changing of nurses was a lot. The last one he had on June of 2024 is unprofessional and either a family member or got her training from the circus. The handing of patients paperwork and information is absent, you have to remind her of things she supposed to be doing. I don’t know how she got that position, but she needs to be in a different field. She can’t communicate or translate problems you are having as crucial or of any importance. On my first vist to deal with my Thyroid issue, I find Dr. Gibson the be very matter of a fact and gave me clear instruction on how to proceed. No we did not chat, we just dealt with the issue at hand. I left the appointment with a clear understanding of the path I needed to take in hope of recovery.

Dr. McAllister was my surgeon, after being hit by a drunk driver who was running from the police. I was stopped at a red light when the drunk driver struck the back of my car. He was traveling between 80~90mph. The collision cause my C6 vertebrae to shatter. I don’t remember the accident, nor the next two weeks due to the shock. I made a previous input back in 2019, I have since gone through an additional surgery at UVA in Charlottsville. This initial operation by Dr McAllister has been the biggest mistake of my entire life. After a fusion surgery at UVA which was needed, I'm still in severe pain and with neurotrophy in both feet and legs. The UVA Doctor said my lower back and associated nerves where shot Recommend anyone thinking about back surgery to think long and hard your life will never be the same. Ken Summerford
