Just tried calling at 1O:30 am on a Tuesday morning and got a busy signal. How can a doctor’s office not have voicemail? I’ve tried a couple of times and still busy?
They were my primary care doctor. Because I've been healthy for 3 years and I haven't been to see them they say I'm a new patient and they won't see me.
Bad experiences on a consistent basis. Wait is over one hour after the scheduled appt. Office drops the ball a lot, from not phoning in prescriptions to the pharmacy after they prescribe it (twice I went to pharmacies to find out doctor office hadn't phoned them), to office not picking up their phones, to promised fax sends which don't get send, to Barbarite too busy to see patients so you end up with a nurse practitioner, to an after hours emergency line which appears to be unattended, and (get this) to giving me in office ... read more
