I did a drop-in at Barbarian Barbell and had a great experience! As an experienced weightlifter, I found they had everything I needed for a solid training session. Super welcoming environment and awesome members. I’d definitely recommend it if you’re in LA!

Visiting from out of town and Barbarian Barbell will now be my home-away-from-home gym. It’s an Olympic lifting-oriented space (lots of platforms, barbells, etc.), but as a powerlifter and someone who trains lots of accessories I was able to find everything I needed too (combo bars, squat rack, dumbbells, a few kettlebells, bands). Best of all, I love a gym that feels like it has a heart and a community - even though I was there on my own during open gym time I could tell Barbarian has that including a community goals board ... read more

Came for a drop in -- Head coach was super nice and day pass was affordable (they have week passes as well). Bars spin well, platforms are flat, plates are high quality, the gym is clean, and the training environment is great. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area!
