I can’t speak for all the stylists in this salon but will speak on APRIL. An appointment was scheduled over a month ago for my daughter’s updo braids for HOCO. We arrived on time, this lady ghosted her! On HOMECOMING knowing what the appointment was for! Who does that? No call to us, no notice we need to reschedule! Thankfully after calling 30 other salons on Homecoming Day to get the hair done, we found a stylist willing to stay after closing 2 towns over.
