Barbara is pleasant and did not follow instructions well. Not sure why, but she chopped up the hair on the back of my head after I explicitly told her I wanted to keep it long. She then hid the mistake by neglecting to show me the cut by mirror. This experience has driven me to finally purchase a Flobee.
