I ordered flowers to be delivered on my mothers birthday, which was a Sunday- they don't deliver on Sunday, so I chose to have them delivered Saturday (the day before her B-Day). They did not deliver them until Monday!!! The day after her B-Day! No call nothing! So disappointed.
If you look most of her good reviews are from family members trying to bring her score up to help fix the fact she can't deal with people.
This happened month or two ago but I have been meaning to share my review to help others when making a decision to support a business. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received with Barbra’s Florals and gifts. I placed an order for flowers yesterday morning with a specific pick-up time of 9 am. When I arrived at 9 am, no one was there, and no one was answering my calls. After waiting for an hour, I finally got a call back, and they told me they were waiting for a truck delivery. They are always able to accommodate my last minute orders. I tend to be last minute and I am always able to get a beautiful arrangement.
