I called them to see if I could have a hair appointment soon. She asked what I wanted done, I said I wanted black strips similar to Draculaura from Monster High. The lady on the phone responded “I don’t have time to fool with that. You need to go to some of those younger girls because I don’t like to do that.” Absolutely and unnecessary rude.
