don’t move in here there’s faulty plumbing and roaches that they haven’t dealt with for 4 months. most of the units don’t have air conditioning so you’ll be paying $1100 a month to live in a hot apartment with bugs and flooded bathrooms

Desperately trying to get in contact with someone from the management company that can address concerns. I have tried calling, emailing and leaving voicemails. There is water running between my walls and there has been an increase in roaches since. I am starting to worry about my own health living here. This doesn't even begin to address the lack of heat in the building and the other issues I faced when moving in. from the outside, the barbara worth looks charming. the ivy, the architectural arches, the inlaid bookcases; they all look charming. looking at it is one thing. living at the BW is not so charming. it is riddled with serious flaws that bear further examination. I loved living here, especially waking up to the sound of the church bells. The maintenance team was very kind, and the historical property is amazing. However, I wouldn’t recommend living near the west door, as there’s a lot of foot traffic that can be noisy.
