She's old school, told me I don't have menopausal symptoms even though I had many issues. She said, "You're not having hot flashes, so you don't need hrt! She referenced the study, "woman's health initiative " but I don't think she quite understands the ramifications and damage of the study caused to women that actually would benefit from hrt. She suggested that people who want hrt are looking for anti aging benefits. Wow.
I’m no longer a patient because I moved out of the area. I’m writing this review because I have not found another doctor as good as Dr. Soltes. Years ago I was referred to Dr. Soltes from another doctor who was helping me with tremendous pain. In that first appointment Dr. Soltes was able to diagnose my endometriosis, something that I had been struggling with for years and no other doctor could diagnose. Dr. Soltes is the best doctor. She is extremely thorough and very knowledgeable. She goes above and beyond and has the best bedside manner. She found a medical issue many other doctors I went to missed which could have been very harmful to my health. She also caught my mothers rare cancer early on. I can not recommend her enough. She helped monitor me and my husband and go through a process for the best chance of fertility. I have been going to her for over 15 years and I can not recommend her enough.
The best doctor I've ever been to and I'm 58. Dr. Soltes takes plenty of time with me, is compassionate, explains things well, and answers all my questions. She diagnosed my Thyroid disease, which had been misdiagnosed for 12 years as depression. When I developed a racing heart at 39 and a cardiologist said my tests were normal, he said it must be anxiety. I didn't feel anxious.
