I've been with Barbara for 7 years and I've never had a bad experience. The staff hasn't changed since I started with this office, they have been wonderful to work with. They're very knowledgeable about the insurance industry. I dread the day Barbara retires!!!!!!
I called Barbara asking her a few questions about getting on my own insurance plan asking her how much it would cost & what not. I tried to reach her several times & she never called me back. She finally called me back weeks later asking what my name was again. & she called me the wrong name. TRASH. waste of my time! I would not recommend her to ANYONE
