Barbara knows the area extremely well. She previewed properties and understood our wants and needs. She's very, very patient, and was a huge help in working through complex financing requirements. She remained calm, optimistic and supportive no matter what happened. She communicated well with us, always responsive.

We used Barbara to sell our old home and to purchase our new home. in all steps of the process, it was clear that she was more interested in making sure that we made the right choices for us, instead of getting us to move quickly and make a quick buck. She truly cares about her clients, and we have had experiences with other agents in the area where this is not the case. We can't recommend her highly enough.

My wife and I spent more than a year submitting competitive offers on a handful of homes in the Santa Barbara area with no luck. Within a week of meeting Barbara and having her take the reigns on our home search we had an offer accepted. I don't think it gets any more proof is in the pudding than that! Her personality and friendship was the perfect recipe for success. We even invited her to our house warming party we enjoyed her company so much.

I would recommend Barbara without any hesitation. She takes the time out of her days (weekends inclusive) to ensure you get to see the best out of the inventory. The negotiations, transactions, checks, etc. were also smooth and fast.

Barbara was fabulous! She is so knowledgeable, professional and organized and has excellent attention to detail. Barbara not only helped me find, negotiate and buy a great house, in a very low inventory market, but she was a true relocation expert. She assisted me in numerous aspects of relocating from New York to California. I give her the highest possible rating and would highly recommend her to anyone. She is a pleasure to work with.

While writing this review, I am sitting in the house that Barbara helped us bought recently. It was a beautiful and reasonably priced townhouse in Santa Barbara area. The most amazing thing is that we were not the highest bidder! We were thrilled that we, instead of the top bidder, was accepted by the seller (Wells Fargo bank). It was really all because of Barbara who skillfully persuaded the seller that going with our offer can have more chance to make a successful transaction.
