The front desk people and the ones that do insurance are terrible. They don’t care. In my opinion this new staff doesn’t like Dr Hirsch so they disregard her patients. I overheard the staff berating her.
Very long wait time for tests n seeing the Dr even with appointments 💔try calling the office for the Dr in the last 2wks concerning my meds that’s on back order but no one returned my call leaving me with very important meds that s out of stock. With not even a substitute recommended by the pharmacist not able to get a response. The receptionist there are very rude act busy n does not even listen to your concerns.Very disturbing unfortunately.
Avoid this practice. As a long time patient of Dr. Hirsch, her office and care has gone down. Office staff has made errors over and over interfering with necessary medication, procedures or appointments.
