Ive been taking my furbaby there for a while and things were fine. This past week I took her in and when I picked her up she was limping. They tried to say she was favoring that leg all day-she was not! so I went home and watched the video and she was walking fine until she got her bath and that lady when she was done she did not open the gate to her area and put my baby down, she TOSSED her over the gate!
