I have been seeing Dr. Barbara Ridge now for almost 4 years. She has helped me through a very challenging part of my life and has been there for me all along. Her style of therapy is as such that she makes you feel better and more confident that everything is going to be alright! I highly recommend!
I have nothing but praise for Dr. Ridge.She is very helpful and truly cares about her clients..She has helped me through one of the most difficult experiences that I have ever had and I don't know how I would have handled it if I had not been in therapy with her..I highly recommend her.
I have an estranged adult child and a grandchild I have yet to meet. This unfortunate situation has lasted several years. Barbara Ridge helped me to deal with the grief of this situation, and helped me understand that I have done all I can to keep the door open to my adult child.
My first experience with Dr Ridge was back in 2016 when the current President had first been elected - I didn't know how to manage such a terrible outcome and her suggestions helped me manage my concerns and she also gave me ideas for new path forward. She continues to provide solid advice on handling personal and health issues making me feel confident I have made good decisions. Thank you for being there for me.
Dr. Ridge is extraordinary! She brings tremendous wisdom and clarity to many of life’s challenges. She listens with a depth of care and presence. Her words are thoughtful with perspectives and insight that often feel like they come at just the right moment!
