My husband and I been a patient for several years of dr. Martin. Every time we're try making appointment with her she's always puts us with her PA. We seen dr Martin barely and when we do see her she rushes through and talks very fast and does not discuss any issues with us. We received a call from Dr. Martin office that she's not taking our insurance any longer that she's only taking Medicare patients. Unacceptable service, waiting time is extremely long- 45 minutes for an annual exam. Then they messed up the paperwork and told me that I was wrong. Then when I told them that I would be there to pick up 24 hours later they made me wait for 30 minutes while they were working on it - and then when I say I’m going to leave they tell me oh it’s not ready because they moved into a new office- really??
Good look getting an appointment. And if you manage to get an appointment, don’t be more that 5 minutes late or they will not see you. I love Dr Martin but the establishment unfortunately has horrible customer service.
