I do not recommend Dr. Barbara Malz office. When I came to Dr.Malz office the initial treatment plan presented to me was to place two crowns, but then she expanded it further. Two additional crown were suggested and installed to my completely healthy teeth. I wore temporary crowns for 5 months, but the maximum time should be about 2 weeks.
