I don’t know if it’s because they don’t know English or they really didn’t understand what I was asking for. I went in asking for just a toner and a trim. They weren’t understanding that I just wanted toning, instead they suggested I dye my whole hair which was not my plan. At this point I knew they were just going after my money and were disregarding my wishes. So I decided I was just going to trim and do a blowout. I tried calling to find out more information about their services and just because I didn't speak Portuguese they hung up on me. "sorry i don't speak English" is what he said to me before hanging up.
The work of these professionals is wonderful, the teamwork is spectacular.
