Doctor Allen was the first doctor that saw me as a newborn and now I'm 19 years old I still go to see her because of the good experience my mom has with her, my older siblings were also her patients. She's nice and patient she asked questions about my grades, activities that I do inside and outside school and gave me advise. It's always a pleasure for me to go see her, she always on the top of my health and referred my mom to special list when I needed too. It's very sad for me now in transition

Her staff is very unprofessional, I left school for a morning appointment and I find out at the doctors office that it had been rescheduled. Claims to have called and left a voice mail the day before, which was untrue, staff only called and by the time I saw the call, office was closed. Receptionist is very rude. Barbara Allen also is very unprofessional, she laughed at how I wasn't gaining any weight in my pregnancy. which made me feel horrible since I've struggled with my weight a lot.

It's the second time we wait over an hour. Meanwhile another patient came 15 min after us, and was seeing by the doctor before, when I asked the nurse why this happened? She said they were schedule 15 min before you, so they go first. What kind of nonsense is this we were on time and had to go after the people that were late? Hope they rot in hell.
