My family and I have been seeing Dr. Mizell for 6 years now and have never had an unpleasent experiance. The staff is always very friendly, the office very relaxing, and I never have to wait more than 10 minutes. I've never had issues with billing but I do have insurance that covers my visits. I would definitely reccomend her.
Rude office staff - wait time, with an appointment, is often 45mins to hour. Every six months they have a new dental hygienist, which might suggest job dissatisfaction. Twice I've paid my balance in full, at time of service, only later to receive a smaller bill for the same service. The latest was for $25...nominal enough that they know you can pay it and if you challenge them, they threaten "YOU WILL BE SENT TO COLLECTIONS AND CREDIT BUREAU."
