i have had a few appointments with Ms. Heckman. I find her to be very caring, soft spoken and really listens to my concerns. I have been to many doctors over the years, and she is just great.
ACTUALLY MINUS NUMBERS WOULD BE MORE APPROPRIATE. SHE IS UNCARING, CHILDISH AND INCAPABLE OF ADEQUATE EXPLANATIONS TO CONCERNED PATIENTS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!NPS ARE NOT DOCTORS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Heckman is personable and efficient. I enjoy meeting with her and have had multiple appointments with her and every time I have found her knowledgeable and kind. Hard to find good docs these days and she is one of them.
So sad ,I was late, due to reception sending me to wrong office. Took 1 MO to get apt,..she sent me home I am giving up, Doctors make me wait 1 hr. It's OK I'm not a consultationi m human with pain
