Dr cerame is excellent she takes the time to listen and answer questions
Experienced but bedside manner needs improvement especially for kids
The doctor is great however the staff in the front is rude and obnoxious. Donna, who answered the phone was very rude and hostile when it came to me rescheduling an appt. She was very mean and told me if the times she is offering me does not work for me it may be best i find another doctor. Really?? Smh!!!! Need more professional people answering the phones.
Not pleased with how this office can't seem to get in on time. Show up on time and the Dr comes in 45 minutes late. Yet I still have to pay a copay. I think they forget who works for who. My time is worth money too.
This not review of Dr but the process. She left before our scheduled appointment for a meeting because we didn’t arrive 15 min early. We aren’t a new patient we don’t need that long to check in. Regardless she had a meeting for 11:30 with us not someone else. They could have called me on way over of they were going to refuse us. They even let met check in and then wait. Takes months to get those appointments and my husband has to take off to watch our baby. Plus a 3 yo who rarely cooperates and was cooperating that day. It f... read more
