I had to bring my cat in for overnight monitoring due to a heart condition . All the staff from the receptionist to the vet were amazing . Dr. Douglass and Daniel were very informative and really listened to my concerns . They were so knowledgeable and kind and really put my mind at ease . I knew my cat would be in great hands and I will 100% use them in the future .

My pet Wyatt just spent 4 days at Animerge. Initially, we were thrilled with the staff and service. Everyone was so kind, except for our interaction with Dr. Guzman. On Monday when we arrived, we came with ultrasound results that we had just waited for at our vet's office. Our vet was sure there was no blockage and I trusted her (Dr. Solner, Happy Pets). I sometime feel reading the reviews for Animerge seems are being paid for, since they were bought over by a different company they have become a place where its all about money now and not about the care of the pet. They charge for stuff knowing that pet owners are very attached and instead of doing the right thing they are just want money. Not a place I will use any more.

Extremely disappointed. Our 13 year old bulldog developed a UTI. She just saw her regular vet 2 weeks ago for her annual checkup. She simply needed a UA and antibiotics as it was a Saturday and our regular vet was closed. My husband showed up by 730am. No other patients at that time. Place was empty. It took 1 hour to be roomed. And another hour to start seeing a doctor. The entire time, my elderly dog is stressed and panting and this is not ok. Receptionist refused to let me go back with my actively dying cat before I filled out paperwork. Staff came out to get me because my cat was dying. She was unconscious when I got back there with her. I didn't get to say goodbye to the cat I had for my entire adult life. I was robbed of those last minutes, I assume because they wanted to make sure payment would be taken.
