Impossible to get an appointment! I had called and scheduled around January 2026. They could not get me an appointment till July, now calling me that she cannot see me then because she will be out of office and they also can not get me an appointment close to that time, that it would be until next year! Ridiculous.

Dr burrell has been my primary Dr since 2020. the last year or so her care has greatly declined. First of all it takes literal months to get in for an annual appointment. I scheduled my appointment in January for April 4th. On April 3rd today her office called to cancel my appointment I waited 3 months for , stating she’s out of office tomorrow. She has done this to me 3 times. That is absolutely ridiculous. Then they want to reschedule me for 1-2 months from now after I already waited months. I get things happen but for it ... read more
