This doctor made me feel like a number and not a person on repeated occasions. She refused to talk to me about any related issue other than what the appointments were specifically made for. I have small children and constantly have colds - there is a policy at this office they will not see you if you have a cough with no other symptoms, so I will no longer be able to come to this office based on this policy. I do not recommend this doctor.
I felt extremely rushed at my appointment. Dr. Drozdowski took her flash light and diagnosed me with an old age spot without even looking at it closely, Very rushed. In and out in 5 minutes. She used to be way more caring and took the time for questions.
I will give them 1 star because I felt the receptionist was kind. I have been going to this office for years and have never been treated so rudely and poorly from the nurse and the doctor themselves at my last appointment. Both the doctor and nurse reprimanded me and were so rude toward me when they came to waiting area to get me because I was on my phone to activate a new credit card that I had just received in the mail that THEIR receptionist kindly asked me to activate and give the info when I checked out so THEY could h... read more
Dr. Barb is wonderful. Friendly staff too! She is a stickler for not missing appointments but you never have to sit long in the waiting room to see her.
I have gone to Dr Drozdowski for years. She has always been caring & professional- the office staff as well. Would definitely recommend her to others!
