I've been 3 months without insulin. I have no transportatio. Not able to see her. Now I am so dizzy. And feeling sick. I don't know what to do.
Terrible front office and PAs especially Lauren... was rude and needs a lot more education IMO. She didn’t know I had a lengthy background as a medical professional... she was incompetent, rude and condescending. What a miserable experience I had for a very basic symptom. After 10 years I’m done with the substandard care and will be looking for another practice. Please hire more competent staff! It’s an insult and a waste of insurance money for anyone to have to deal with a medical professional who isn’t competent.
