Been with State Farm well over 10 years. With Barbara for about 5 because only because we had to change agents. Absolutely hate it!!!! Hardly ever can get ahold of her and when we do it seems that her or her people don’t know what’s going on. Called yesterday to submit a claim for broken windshield and whoever answered told us “Okay, go ahead and call Safelite yourself”. We did that and got an appointment for this morning. I was with Barbara Coleman State Farm back in 1998 before moving to Ava. Upon returning to Fl I made it my business to do business with her office. Alyssa has been such a pleasure to work with. She is knowledgeable and she really goes over and beyond to help. I like everyone in the office, they are all very professional, but Alyssa makes it a pleasure to be a policyholder with State Farm.

I’ve used Barbra Coleman’s office and State Farm for auto insurance since I started driving 16 years ago. Through those years I’ve had the unfortunate file a couple claims on separate vehicles and each time was smooth and resulted in a favorable outcome.
