I heard great reviews on Dr. Cavalarro and desperately need an appointment. However, the phone is never answered and you leave a message so they can call you back to schedule. I’ve left three messages in two weeks and have never received a call back. Very frustrating because she is a great doctor.
This review is long overdue. Dr. Cavallaro has taken care of me for many years and is the best GYN I have ever had. Why? Competent, knowledgeable, compassionate, patient, genuine and gentle. If you call, she calls you back quickly. Most importantly, even when a physician is beyond excellent with your routine care (which Dr. Cavallaro is), it is when something goes wrong that you want to know that your physician is 100% there for you... and you can count on Dr. Cavallaro to be by your side. I do have to say that Doctor Cavallaro has a heart of gold. At the beginning of Covid, only patients were allowed to go in the office. I usually help my mom at the Doctor’s office, I was concerned that I couldn’t go in and help. I was pleasantly surprised that Doctor Cavallaro, helped my mom dress and also took her downstairs to meet me. I am so glad that she is our doctor. She is pleasant, understanding and caring.
Dr Cavallaro has a wonderful demeanor, is patient and also very attentive. She surgically removed a cyst from my ovary years ago and I was so grateful for her precision because it was large and I was at risk to lose my ovary before having children. I didn’t lose my ovary and three children later, very happy with her skill!
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Cavallaro for at least 20 years and she and her staff are simply awesome! During my exams, she also makes sure to let me know what she’s going to do prior to doing it so I’m not caught off guard. She always takes her time to explain everything I need to know about my exams and answer any questions I may have and there have been times when I’d call the office with a question and she would get back to me the same day.
