Stopped in Barbara B’s Jewels in Flourtown this afternoon to get my grandson’s watch battery, and wrist band replaced. What a fun and informative time I had. It was a collectible family watch that they spent the extra time to make sure everything was sized and working. Many suggestions made, and they were so nice to everyone who came in the store while I was waiting. In such that the customers were interacting with each other with suggestions and interest. Honest? HA! ALWAYS read the negative reviews. I THOUGHT they were nice, (her son was great) because of what she volunteered to do for me, until I was told from Barbara that her NY connection put a battery in my watch, (that is all I wanted, a battery replacement in my Swiss Army watch, apparently has a special back that they were not equipped to remove) and it failed to operate. I didn't believe it, because I had the battery replaced once every 18 - 24 months for the last 15 years or so. I take good care of my good things. S... read more
I love Barbaba B's. I was given a lovely diamond neclace for a milestone birthday, 10 years ago, and am still wearing the neclace every day!
I got a nice travel ring here. The service was great ! The owner and one of the workers very professional. I can’t wait to get my Tiffany earrings next week. Definitely will keep coming in to get more pieces. Thanks so much !
