This is one of my favorite stores in the area. Barbara and her team are super-helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. It is always a pleasure to visit their store. Barbara is a true artist with the jewelry that she custom-designs!
Not customer friendly or professional. Sad considering it's one of the only spots like this in Flourtown.
Today my daughter and I came in for repairs needed on our necklaces - one had a dysfunctional clasp and the other a broken chain. The staff were so helpful and made the repairs on the spot! Highly recommend!!!
They're smart, knowledgeable, and professional. Best of all, the prices are reasonable and there's plenty of beautiful jewelry to choose from. Thank you to Barbara, Michelle, and the rest of the staff for their help and kindness.
Stopped in Barbara B’s Jewels in Flourtown this afternoon to get my grandson’s watch battery, and wrist band replaced. What a fun and informative time I had. It was a collectible family watch that they spent the extra time to make sure everything was sized and working. Many suggestions made, and they were so nice to everyone who came in the store while I was waiting. In such that the customers were interacting with each other with suggestions and interest.
