Very unprofessional and condescending attitudes. Didn't feel like they were trying to help whatsoever. Technician was condescending about pain and doctor did not seem to give the time of day to explain anything.
I have been going here for over 20 years and would never switch! Such caring professionals, thoughtful, thorough, and kind. Never a long wait and very organized. also the robes are great, and so are the changing rooms. Thank you for maintaining such a high level of professionalism.
After a mammogram and ultrasound, I found out I needed a biopsy! The woman who helped me through this the most was named Sharon Horan. She is the most sweetest woman I have ever met. She is very calm and comforting. She went above and beyond her job title, and I couldn't be more grateful!!
The staff is so caring and understanding. They help put me at ease. Even gave me warm blanket while I waited. The radiologists are diligent and thorough. My results required an additional ultrasound on top of the mammogram. It is worth the trip to get such outstanding care. Highly recommend!! This is my 5th mammogram at this facility. Bryn Mawr is much better than my experience at Axia in Limerick.
Waited over an hour to be seen. Sat in a freezing cold room, in a thin shirt. I had to ask several times when I would be seen and was told "oh you are next" over and over. Zero compassion from anyone! How can you treat women that are waiting for potentially serious news so callously?
