When I went to get my hearing aid, my first one ever, I was told that they had checked my insurance and hearing aids were discounted, but not fully covered. I purchased a hearing aid for $2900. When I checked the insurance myself, I learned I was fully covered, but needed to go through one of the companies providers. Staff pleasant and professional. Dr Gail is very knowledgeable, understanding, skilled and helpful with decision making. Office is always neat,clean and comfortable.
HearingLife handled my hearing issues completely to my satisfaction. The demonstrations on how to put in the hearing aids were good. I also appreciated the next day phone call. It showed the concern for my welfare.
