These people couldn’t tell me if they were excepting new patients they told me that I would need to go online and fill out all the forms and then they would take our information and the therapists would then decide whether they would see me. This is the most backwards office. Why would I go through the process of filling out all of the information insurance and otherwise if they are not excepting new patients. Called today for a Dr note for work (mental health day). Janna, office support specialist answered and I requested that she put my email and phone number on my profile. She questioned me why she needed to enter in. I don't feel that while trying to reach out to people who are suppose to help should question a patient's request especially a simple request to update or enter my info into my patient profile. I've been going to New Beginnings over a decade for therapy and prescriptions. I was recently notified they could not refill my prescription because I haven't been in the office in 8 months for a meeting. Well COVID started 8 months ago and has stopped people from doing a lot including mental health visits!I was told by the pharmacy doc that I couldn't be trusted to stay the course because I could not do regular visits and I won't because of COVID.
