When a garbage truck hit our Volvo EX30 I only wanted to go to a Volvo certified repairer. I found Peter online and sent him an email. He called me the same day and that was just the start of great customer service from there til the end of the process. When the team found an issue with the back door locking mechanism which might have been a Volvo warranty issue, Peter could have easily told me to deal with Volvo which would have been fair but much more difficult for me but to his credit Peter refused to leave us in the lurc... read more

Peter and his team at barbarneras have been exceptional in supporting, keeping in touch and working through repairing my Volvo recently.
