My father and I shared the three barbecue meat and side meal. The chicken, pulled pork, coleslaw, and mac and cheese. We're all really really good. The old building that houses the restaurant is full of character, the place felt friendly and really nice. I'll definitely be back.
We live in bismark ND and this brisket and my wife's French fries are superior to anything we have eaten in other locations!! They're also way WAY cheaper. This place would absolutely thrive where we live. Anyone stopping in Albany, be sure to stop in and order while you stay at their awesome hotel!!
I talked to a buddy that lives in the area, he suggested we try Barbacoa. So Sherri and I tried it during the week earlier in the evening. We had to order at the counter, which seemed unusual, but I had the 3 BBQ meal and Sherri had the borrito. The food was fantastic! More then either of us could eat and delicious. Service had a little bit to be desired as our drinks were left empty and the waitress didn't really check on us. Maybe we were supposed to go to the counter?
