I feel I have to add a review here because I’m telling you nobody can clean a pool like Barbacoa. We used to be with Barbacoa and were pleased that they did a very good job, but then I found a cheaper cleaner (not even by much but it’s so expensive being a homeowner, so I was trying to cut costs where I could ) and so decided to go with the cheaper company, well, big MISTAKE as they were the worst cleaners ever. My experience was similar to the last review. I had a pool leak. I called Chris on a Friday morning. He told me he couldn't come that day but would come by on Monday. Sure enough first thing on Monday morning Chris arrived. The problem with pool leaks is that they aren't easy to locate. It could be the pool itself, in the pipes that are below the deck surface or in the pool mechanics about ground. Chris narrowed it problem down by testing different areas. Do not skip over this company because of the rude reviews! I had a massive leak in my pool system and I cannot appreciate this company enough for helping me the day of (I called him in the morning and he showed up at noon). The owner was a stand up guy, and he fixed the leak issue, explained what was wrong as well as help fix the other issues that he saw were failing in the pool system. I would rate Chris"the owner of Barbacoa" a 0 based on his attitude! I called him and the way he handles his business is very rude and unprofessional. He is so full of himself and talks down to people with a very bad attitude. Luckily we found a great person with a fantastic attitude that has helped us right away with 1/3 of the pricing Barbacoa gave us. The quote that Chris gave us without checking the issue was ridiculous and even with that he didn't even bother calling back to book a house visit because he mentioned I'm B... read more
