Worst agent ever. Avoid at all cost. Their office is never open even though it’s within work hours, and they don’t pick up their phones either. They will only communicate by emailing you. Been to the office twice, one time with an appointment, and the door was locked both times. They just straight up have no one ever in the office. It is a pain to get in contact with them if you have an emergency.
They sent someone out to my home to wander around and take photos with no warning, no notice, no request for permission. If you need pictures that's fine, just ASK and SCHEDULE IT. Between DTE, Comcast, the township, and now State Farm, my private residence feels more like a public park. How hard is it to make one phone call ahead of time.
Recommended this agency, they always pick up the phone when you call great personal touch they make you feel like a valued client not just another customer
