Not the same BARBS anymore. Barb could care less anymore. Won't call you back like years past. Sales are robots. Managers are just going thru the motions. Their bike prices are no longer anywhere near competitive as others. There going out of business in the near future. Dont take my word for it. Price the same bike at Hannum's. Ive been a loyal customer of this dealership for appx 25 years. Bought many new bikes. Iam sorry but not the same dealership today. Not the same Barb from years ago. Iam no kid and in my sixtys. For the exception of John in sales and Rich in parts no love lost for everyone else! I did not walk I decided to run. Loyalty towards a devout loyal customer no longer exists with management. Barb is a fantastic person. Used to be able to speak to her on phone or in person about any issue years ago. No longer the case. Intercepted by management. This place is foul! I will start by saying all they want to do is take your $$money$$ quality is not the important, respect is not important and doing good business is not important. My son and myself purchased a 2020 Deluxe Harley Davidson motorcycle for $2400, form Barb`s Harley Davidson in New Jersey. We also paid over $2500 for accessories to be installed by this dealership. It was delivered in an enclosed van. We watched the driver remove the bike from the van, quite carelessly, and scrape the bottom of the bike on the crest of the ramp causing considerable damage to the bottom of the frame of the bike.
