I was so thankful to have Barb's help finding my first home. She shared my excitement during the experience and offered ideas for use of spaces in homes we toured. Additionally, she used her experience both as a realtor and in doing home improvements to give advice regarding ease and cost of needed repairs in some cases. When my fiance and I chose a home, she made sure we knew what to expect with the purchase process. I've recommended Barb to many people. When the time comes, I want her to help me find my next home.

I was searching for a new home in 1999 when the housing market was very hot - houses were selling in a couple hours and lots of bidding wars. Barb was patient and spent 5 months helping me find the house I was looking for. She's stayed in touch over the last 24 years and the next time I move I'll contact Barb for sure.
