Barathaven doesn’t deserve a star! Several flags. Nursing assistant telling a resident to shut up in dining room. He was asking for help. She wears a blue Jean jacket. 2 residents left in back in beds by their self for at least a hour. When I ask nurse said they were waiting on baths. Another resident that made noises with her mouth left in craft room during bible study. Bedbugs 🐜 . My sister had a large bruised on her wrist.
