Good price on discontinued wedding dress. Alteration costs seemed high. Hang on to your receipt if you buy here. Paid for dress and alterations. Went back for first alteration and they asked me to describe the dress I bought and then tried to charge me a second time. Went back to shop a total of 3 times for alterations and to pick up dress. They NEVER had their copy of sales order. I had to prove that dress and alterations were paid. Poor customer service to ask customer to prove that item has been paid for.
