The doctor was fine, he explained procedure to me adequately. the problem is the office worker. She did not have her surgery schedule with her the day of my appointment and did not give me a needed prescription. The next day she called and scheduled the procedure, she was to e-mail me and also mail the prescription to me. I called 5 days later telling her I did not get the prescription, she just stated she mailed it. Two days later I still did not get the prescription by mail or e-mail.
Very courteous and caring staff and physician. Did an excellent job of explaining diagnosis and treatment.
They fit me in the same day I called and needed an urgent appointment. The Dr was very friendly and put me at ease. Even though I was embarrassed to discuss the issue and how it happened he was really good. The whole staff was just very friendly and helpful. They made sure that you knew that they were there to make sure you were ok.
