I had a dispute with Capital One bank over a $1735 charge to my credit card. I had been in contact with Capital One but had reached an impasse. On January 7, 2022 I contacted Mr. Baram about this. I gave him my documentation and $1500 and he wrote a letter to them on my behalf. As I had not heard anything from Mr. Baram, I called him on April 20th.
